When you work with me, I will help you move through life’s greatest challenges and connect deeply with your inner refuge and boundless heart. I offer a wide range of energetic therapies tailored specifically to you and your needs. Our aim is to open you to shifting suffering towards loosening and deep transformation.
I view tapping into this promotes this creativity as a powerful medicine. We are all uniquely original in our sorrows and joys, which if discovered, can mean deep insight and understanding and healing for your individual self.
To rewrite: There is something generous offered to us when we face the things that make us afraid, when we challenge the stories we hold as absolute. Your suffering will naturally move through its process if you allow it to express itself.
My goal is to guild you through the sometimes turbulent waters of life to the heart that sustains you.
My personal background in the healing arts is guided by my own suffering and awakening. When I was 34, I suddenly got severely chronically ill and was bedridden for 10 years. I was forced to give up my healing career I began at 19 as well as my life path and identity. My years of living with severe chronic illness make me uniquely qualified to work with suffering in all forms with an experienced, non-judgmental perspective, with an emphasis on active listening and core compassion, which, I believe, is “pain seen with love.”
My intention and focus, whether working with people struggling with physical health conditions, major life transitions or upheavals, overwhelm or anxiety, or anyone, is to bring a safe, gentle container in which to open, to blossom, become available to your own true nature, your tender and inexhaustible heart, your capacity to hold all things, your capacity to be held without pathologizing or shame.
I work one on one. My specific offerings can be found under the service tab. My hope is that our work together will help you unearth your inherent vibrancy, awaken your body and life and mind to their own creative aliveness, and ability to thrive.
To rewrite: “May we take small steps to dismantle our mind’s walls. May we stand before the dark forest and look for what shimmers in its shadows. May we learn to look for goodness and beauty in hard places. May we root our feet into the ground, stop our escape, and lean into the silence gathering around us, together may we learn keen sight.”
